Secure Backup - Terms and Conditions

1. The Secure Backup service is provided on a commercial basis and the customer acknowledges that payment is required for this service and that timely payment of invoices is required. Failure to pay invoices will result in account suspension or cancellation.
2. The storage quota provided as part of the Secure Backup service is the total amount of storage space provided to the client. The customer acknowledges that the storage space is required for the retention of deleted and modified files.
3. The software provided as part of the Secure Backup service is provided on a license basis. Ownership of the software is not transferred to the customer. The customer must remove the software upon cancellation of the Secure Backup service.
4. Unless the customer as entered into a reseller agreement with Next Internet, this service is provided to the end-user customers and may not be re-sold.
5. Use of the Secure Backup service for the storage of unlawful material is prohibited.
6. You, the customer, acknowledge that you are responsible for the selection of the information to be stored using the Secure Backup server.
7. Although all efforts will be made to ensure continuity of the Secure Backup service, there will be times when the service is temporarily unavailable. Where possible, advance notice of scheduled outages will be provided to customers.
8. Although best efforts are made to protect the data stored using the Secure Backup service, we do not warrant against the loss or corruption of data stored using the service.
9. Our liability to the customer in relation to any claims relating to the Secure Backup service is limited to the resupply of services that have been purchased.
10. The terms and conditions of the Secure Backup service may change from time to time. Any such changes will be communicated to subscribers.
11. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
12. The Secure Backup services is provided over your existing Internet connection. Any charges associated with the supply of the Internet connection are the responsibility of the customer.
