Cancellation / Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation requests for product subscriptions that are billed in advance take effect at the conclusion of the pre-paid period, being 11:59 pm on the day prior to the day on which the product would be rebilled ( the Rebilling Date).
  2. If you wish to cancel your product subscription you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the rebilling date.
  3. It cannot be guaranteed that cancellations that are received within less than 24 hours of the rebilling date of the product will take effect immediately. The cancellation request may not take effect until the conclusion of the next payment period.
  4. Cancellation of your product subscription, or your entire account, an be organised through the Account Management section of the Customer Support System. The Customer Support System can be accessed via the Support section of our web site using your Next Internet username and password.
  5. Once a payment has been made for a product in advance, the customer has agreed to utilise the service until the rebilling date. Any decision to cancel the product subscription does not invalidate the original agreement and as such the cancellation will take place as outlined in point 1 above. There will be no refunds for any usused portion of the pre-paid period.
